How it works

We’ll kick things off with a discovery call so I can get the full scope of your to-do list.

After getting the scope of your project, we’ll provide you with a proposal and a tentative schedule for our Design Day. We’ll select a day on the calendar, and you’ll pay the 50% deposit.

In preparation for our Design Day, you’ll receive a to-do list so that we can maximize our time together.

I’ll start working on your projects! I ask that you’re available via email in case I have questions. We’ll have 2-3 scheduled check-ins throughout the day to get concrete feedback.

The day following our Design Day, you’ll pay the final 50% payment and I’ll deliver your files as well as any tutorials or video support needed. I’ll be available via email in case you have questions.

I do a thorough assessment of your to-do list before we start, ensuring we have enough time to complete your projects. You’ll walk away with a FINISHED to do list.

Pick a time on my calendar that works for you. Once we make sure your tasks can fit into the time slot (which can be one day or more), I'll schedule you in. In our full 8-hour session, I'll focus completely on helping you. Before we start, just send me the things you want me to work on during our time together. We'll go through your list step by step, starting with the most important tasks.

A lot more than you think. I’ve been designing for a long time and have implemented processes that help me to be more efficient while delivering you custom, high quality design.

The 8 hour day is $1,000. After our discovery call, I’ll provide you with a detailed proposal of everything we can get done on your Design Day. In order to book a spot on my schedule, you’ll pay the 50% deposit. The final payment is due at the end of the Design Day.

Depending on what projects are on your list, I’ll provide you with pre-day checklist to complete. This may include copy for your website, gathering brand materials, or sending photos.

Yes, definitely! I work with people from all over the world. It doesn't matter where you live or what time zone you're in—I'll try my best to find a time that suits you. We can also divide the day into 2 half days if that's more convenient for you.

We will have 2 scheduled check-ins throughout the day so that I can gain concrete feedback on designs. I'll spend the whole workday handling the tasks we talked about and request that you’re available via email for any questions I may have.

Before committing to a Design Day, we'll talk to make sure we know exactly what you want done. I'll check if all the work can be done in the 8-hour time. If it looks like there's too much to do, I might suggest another Design Day to make sure we finish everything.
